50% off your first six paid months, then 20% off for life.
For the first 100 agencies. The free trial doesn't use up any of the six months. The 20% stays for as long as your subscription is continuously active. One offer per agency; applies to the package price, not extra properties or add-ons.

Common questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days with full access. No payment card is needed to start, and there's no setup fee for self-service onboarding.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate (currently 20%).
- How is annual pricing worked out?
- Annual plans are 15% cheaper than paying monthly for 12 months, paid once a year.
- What counts as a property?
- Each active managed property counts once. A house, flat or HMO counts as one property however many rooms are let. Archived properties don't count.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- You'll get warnings at 80%, 90% and 100%. At the limit you can upgrade, or approve extra properties at the price shown before you confirm. We never add charges you haven't agreed, and we never delete your records.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades take effect from your next billing date and keep all your data.
- How do I pay?
- We currently invoice agencies monthly or annually. Online card checkout is coming soon.
